What Drives Me

Curiosity has always been at the center of who I am. I’m drawn to understanding people: how they think, what they care about, and the choices they make. I love the moments when something finally makes sense or a new perspective shifts the way I see things. Exploring ideas, asking questions, and learning from others is what keeps me engaged and moving forward.​

How I Work 

I approach work the same way I approach people: with curiosity, clarity, and a genuine desire to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I like taking information that feels messy or overwhelming and turning it into something that finally makes sense. I’m someone who asks questions, listens deeply, and looks for patterns that others might overlook. I care a lot about making things easier for the people around me — whether that means simplifying a process, offering a new perspective, or helping someone feel more confident in what they’re doing.

The Human Side

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m out in the world. I love being outdoors, cooking new recipes, exploring new places, and spending time with the people who make life feel full. I’m someone who feels deeply and thinks big, always trying to stay curious and open to new experiences. Growth, for me, comes from stepping into moments that stretch me and paying attention to the world around me.
